Create drafts

Read and createcreate_drafts

Saves one or more posts to Drafts. Never schedules or publishes. Target accounts with accountIds from list_accounts, or platforms. Attach media with mediaFileIds from list_media or https mediaUrls returned by Chirpy.

Needs the write scope. Creates or changes things in Chirpy. Publishes nothing.
