Create campaign

Read and createcreate_campaign

Saves a campaign draft with a name, goal, brief and optional offer, dates, cadence and accounts. It does not write or schedule posts; use manage_campaign for that.

Needs the write scope. Creates or changes things in Chirpy. Publishes nothing.
